Terms of use
These terms cover the Reverse Audio PRO apps for iPhone and Android, the reverseaudioapp.com website, and the free browser tool, all provided by Frame Sixty Labs. They are written to be read, not skimmed past — the short version: you own your recordings, Pro is a one-time $4.99 purchase billed through the app stores, and the free tool comes as-is.
Acceptance
By downloading the app, browsing the website, or using the browser tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Where you purchase through the App Store or Google Play, Apple's and Google's own terms also apply to that purchase.
The service
The service is: (1) the Reverse Audio PRO mobile app for iPhone and Android, which records, reverses, and processes audio on your device; (2) the reverseaudioapp.com website; and (3) the free browser-based audio reverser. All audio processing happens locally — on your device or in your browser — and no part of the service requires an account.
Purchases
Reverse Audio Pro is a one-time purchase of $4.99, billed once through your Apple ID or Google Play account — never directly by Frame Sixty Labs. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Pro unlocks permanently on the account that purchased it — there is nothing to cancel or renew.
- Restore Pro on another device by signing in with the same Apple ID or Google account and tapping Restore Purchases in the app.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies, not directly by Frame Sixty Labs.
Free tool
The browser-based audio reverser is provided free of charge, as-is, with no uptime or availability commitment. It may change, gain limits, or be discontinued at any time. It processes audio entirely in your browser; see the privacy policy for the binding no-upload commitment.
Acceptable use
You own your recordings. Anything you record or import remains yours — Frame Sixty Labs claims no rights over your audio and never receives a copy of it.
- Do not use the service to reverse copyrighted audio for redistribution. Reversing a song does not make it yours.
- Processing audio you own, audio you have permission to use, or short clips for personal experimentation, practice, and private sharing is the intended use.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the service itself.
Intellectual property
The app, website, browser tool, design, and the Reverse Audio PRO name and mark belong to Frame Sixty Labs. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership of the software to you. Your audio, as stated above, stays yours.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for professional audio production. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Sixty Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service — including lost recordings, lost data, or lost profits. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — TO BE CONFIRMED], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory rights to a different venue.
